The publication consists of the statements by European countries, the European Community as well as by observer organisations and countries during the Conference Sessions. Additionally, it comprises the outcomes of the Warsaw Summit adopted by 40 MCPFE signatory countries: the Ministerial Declaration and two Warsaw Resolutions that relate to the most significant environmental problems, such as climate change, growing demand for energy from renewable sources and threats to vailability and quality of water resources.
