Fourth Ministerial Conference - Vienna 2003
The fourth Ministerial Conference on the Protection of Forests in Europe was held in 28 – 30 April 2003 in Vienna/Austria. At this Conference five Resolutions and a General Declaration were prepared. The principal goals of the Vienna Conference included protecting the biological diversity of forests in Europe, further, creating an awareness of the value of forest goods and services and encouraging their marketing, as well as clarifying the cultural significance of the forest.

The following documents have been adopted by high level representatives of 40 European Countries and the European Community.
